I had a dream about this animal, so I looked it up. That's absolutely adorable!

that is NOT an ocelot. that is an asian leopard cat = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leopard_Cat

This is an ocelot = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ocelot

I would know, I own one.

an ocelots face is much bolder, the eyes are higher even when they are cubs. and the snout is much thicker and rounder.

Prinzessin thanks for clearing that up. That's what I get for relying on Google for information. Still cute though.

Hello, you should look for a reputable breeder in the UK, europe is the only good place to purchase one, legally. They cost a lot of money, need adequate fenced in back yard like space, with low trees and such, they usually use the bathroom in a running stream, and eat a lot of meat every day. I can send you an ad a breeder has put out, she is selling two ocelot cubs that are 10 weeks old and she ships.

If you aren't ready to own the big kind, you can find a house cat called the ocecat-- which looks just like an ocelot. They are a very smart breed and quite adorable!

Sorry- spelled it wrong-- its ocicat.
